Our Mediation & Dispute Resolution
All RMDS practitioners have a mandatory reporting obligation under the Family Law Act (1975). This means we are obliged to protect you, your children and any other person identified as being at risk of harm or safety. As registered family dispute resolution (FDR) practitioners, we will raise any issues or concerns with you and, if necessary, the authorities if any person or property is suspected to be or is subject to abuse or neglect. Your rights and safety are always the primary focus of any mediation.
We understand disputes can be stressful, time-consuming and emotionally draining. That’s why we work hard to ensure each of our clients receives the best possible outcome in the shortest amount of time.
